We had the pleasure of meeting and listening to David Neagle in Cancun, Mexico March 2006. He shared his awe-inspiring message of his near death experience. David said that it was an awakening for him and sparked his journey of success. Are you looking for someone that can really relate to what is going on behind thoughts and feelings that are not productive?  He speaks in a very common sense way and every one I talk with that knows David agrees that he is most effective coach and mentor. Near the end of his presentation David informed us that he had broken his toe the night before. David would not take the pain medication prescride to him because he had a responsibility to fulfill to us. We all were amazed because David is a very dynamic presenter. Take this opportunity to check David Neagle out.

To your success!

One of our SEO newsletters sometime ago suggested that we should put a link on LinkReferral.comto establish a high page rank backlink for search engine optimization. The Alexa.com page ranking is 3,864, pretty good. What I discovered in addition to just having this backlink was search engine listings of reviews people had done of my web-page.  The neat thing about these reviews is that the reviews are graded behind the scenes and LinkReferral.com, and that leans to reviews that are positive, interesting and relevant.  Also, I got some honest feedback which I implemented and my customer submissions increased on Home Business Lifesyle website. When was the last time you got an objective review of your website? You might get some useful information for free. Does this make a big difference? Yes, since I started reviewing  five websites and this only takes me 30 minutes a week to do, my traffic reports indicate that I am getting a lot of traffic from these specific LinkReferral.com pages and search engine listings.  Note: When you submit a review make it interesting because your name and link will be next to the review. People will check out the you the writer making such interesting points.

Make it a great day,

Time Freedom

August 9, 2006

6:30 a.m I stand in front of my home just as the sun is about to rise, I enjoy this time meditating and visualizing. For many years around this time of the morning I would walk numb to my car on my way to work or from my car just coming home from the midnight shift at an East Chicago steel mill. I was numb to huge blessings in my life such as taking deep breaths of the morning air, the many types of birds singing, and watching the trees as they respond to the wind. I meditate on my freedom, I reflect on how grateful I am to have made a decision to enjoy life to the fullest. In other words, to take the action to enjoy life to the fullest.

I see an airplane passing overhead. I visualize myself and feel myself on that airplane en-route to phoenix, Arizona to have fun and share with friends/Liberty League community. Powerful, I feel myself looking out the airplane window enjoying the view of the cities below.

I’m looking up at the sky and the trees happy about the freedom I have created for my family. A neighbor comes out of his house, numb, on his way to work and glances at me as I am smiling while looking up at what appears to most people as nothing. I am grateful that I am not crazy. My neighbor doesn’t think I’m crazy because he knows that I work out of my home office. I meditate on my awareness to attract into my life like minded people, positive situations, beauty, prosperity and abundance. I share this with others who dare to take control of their lives.

 Make it a blessed day,

 Lucky

As a child, did you grow up or do you have a child now growing up with a parent out of the house more then in the home due to a jobs demands? I grew up the daughter of a truck driver. I remember my life without my dad, always out on the road, working to provide for his family, but the sacrifice he made kept our family apart more then together. Was the sacrifice he made and the sacrifice so many other parents make really worth it? If you could make a choice to change your current situation what would you do?

As a child, did you have a parent who was away from home because their job demanded it? I was the daughter of a long haul truck driver. Mom stayed home and took care of us as kids, Dad would leave out on the truck usually on a Friday or Saturday night, and come home the following weekend, usually late at night, mom would wake us or let us stay up to wait for him. Wow, I remembered being so excited to see daddy when he would call and tell us he was in the yard and to come pick him up. I could not wait to tell him about everything that had happened that week without him.

Having daddy home was great, but at the same time he was kind of a stranger in the house, He was never there, always missed everything in our lives. My father was only home for a few hours and then he would be gone again. When he was on the road he would call all the time, and I would get so excited to hear his voice. I always wanted my family together like all my friends families. I remember asking my dad every time I would talk to him when he was coming home. He would always say the day, he would tell me he missed me and that he would see me soon. However, what he never understood (I do not believe) is that when I asked him when he was coming home, I already knew what day. I wanted to know when he was coming home to stay, and make our family whole.

My dad’s mild history of asthma developed over time and was aggravated by not being able to hire a lumper to help with unloading his truck. His asthma eventually took him out of the cab and brought my very sick father home. It was nice to have him home, but he was sick and now mom had to go to work, another parent was, what seemed to me as a child, gone all the time. Don’t get me wrong we had some very wonderful times together as a family, and I cherish those times. He passed when I was 16, and now I am 39, and in my prayers, I still say I wish he could come home. I still miss him. My dad will live in my heart forever, as he always had. Don’t only live in your child’s heart!

Many truck drivers have the ability come home and spend more time with their family because they take advantage of the many options for other streams of income. These drivers don’t have to grab every load possible to make the bills each month. Transporting products and materials is the lifeblood of our national economy. Where would we be without professional truck drivers (less comfortable, perhaps)? Technology has changed over the years since the 70′s. This presents truck drivers opportunities and options to earn income from home, additional income on the road, and/or have a spouse or family member earn a home based income. The great opportunity here is to lesson the burden of having no other choice but to be on the road all the time. When I was a child we did not have cordless phones, computers, laptops, internet, we didn’t even have microwaves. A home base business was Avon, Amway, or selling encyclopedias door to door. That was not an opportunity to live a life of freedom or even support a family. Today all that has changed. Technology has skyrocketed and home base businesses are growing and can be very profitable.

If we would had technology and home base businesses back then like we have today, mom could of brought my dad home. She could have worked the home base business while he was on the road. He also could have worked the business from the road. These days a home based business can go with you, and it only take a few hour a day to generate substantial income. I often think about the children who are home waiting for the truck driver they love and miss.

Breaking FreeThousands of Americans are suffering from work burnout and job related stress, Burnout is a serious health condition that is affecting workers and is becoming an epidemic. But what is the cause of the this health condition, and why do workers develop job burnout and stress. There is a solution to save Americans from distress, so workers can regain control of their lives, happiness, and peace of mind.

For weeks David had been plagued by aching muscles, loss of appetite, restless sleep, and a complete sense of exhaustion. At first he tried to ignore these problems, but eventually he became so short-tempered and irritable that his wife insisted he get a checkup. Now, sitting in the doctor’s office and wondering what the verdict would be, he didn’t even notice when Theresa took the seat beside him. They had been good friends when she worked in the front office at the plant, but he hadn’t seen her since she left three years ago to take a job as a customer service representative. Her gentle poke in the ribs brought him around, and within minutes they were talking and gossiping as if she had never left. “You got out just in time,” he told her. “Since the reorganization, nobody feels safe. It used to be that as long as you did your work, you had a job. That’s not for sure anymore. They expect the same production rates even though two guys are now doing the work of three. We’re so backed up I’m working twelve-hour shifts six days a week. I swear I hear those machines humming in my sleep. Guys are calling in sick just to get a break. Morale is so bad they’re talking about bringing in some consultants to figure out a better way to get the job done.”

“Well, I really miss you guys,” she said. “I’m afraid I jumped from the frying pan into the fire. In my new job, the computer routes the calls and they never stop. I even have to schedule my bathroom breaks. All I hear the whole day are complaints from unhappy customers. I try to be helpful and sympathetic, but I can’t promise anything without getting my boss’s approval. Most of the time I’m caught between what the customers wants and company policy. I’m not sure who I’m supposed to keep happy. The other reps are so uptight and tense they don’t even talk to one another. We all go to our own little cubicles and stay there until quitting time. To make matters worse, my mother’s health is deteriorating. If only I could use some of my sick time to look after her. No wonder I’m in here with migraine headaches and high blood pressure. A lot of the reps are seeing the employee assistance counselor and taking stress management classes, which seems to help. But sooner or later, someone will have to make some changes in the way the place is run.”

Thousands of Americans are suffering from work burnout. Burnout is an exhaustion of physical or emotional strength or motivation usually as a result of prolonged stress or frustration. Job burnout leaves you feeling powerless, hopeless, fatigued mentally and emotionally drained and frustrated. This can cause migraines, affect your immune system, cause digestive disorders, heart disease, strokes, high blood pressure and emotional distress. Burnout can also develop into Dysthymic Disorder.

Burnout is defiantly not an excuse to get out of work, but it is a real serious health condition in America today and becoming worse. Many Americans are reaching burnout levels coping with the tremendous stress of their jobs. Massive growing layoffs cooperate down sizing, pay cuts and growing work hours, resulting in employees now handling the work load of two or more employees. High job demands and being unnerved by a supervisor or co-worker can put a great deal of stress as well as being belittling. This taking a toll on the employees confidence and self esteem. Making them feel inadequate. Emotional demands and job work load demands are also both contributors to burnout. If this continues stress and burnout is going to keep growing and Americans are going to become distressed. To many responsibilities from taking on to much work load is where distress starts. It is very much known that these levels of stress can cause hypertension, heart attacks and many other physical ailments as I stated above. Burnout and work related stress is the most common health problem attributed to employees working long hours and taking on high work loads.

Professionals in careers that are fatiguing, afflictive and dispiriting seem more reluctant to recognize the symptoms of burnout. The pressure of career ensures the joy and happiness of life remains out of arms length, giving a sense of happiness that can no longer be reached. Realizing your reaching burnout levels is difficult. Employees who are the most stressed and burnt out don’t realize there is a problem.

American working class have the least amount of vacation time from there jobs then any other equally developed work society. Most people on vacation will check in with there job or come back to work early from vacation. A high percentage will bring their work home with them mentally as well as bringing home work projects to work on. This not only limits the employees time away from work but it also takes time away from families, resulting in the family members feeling ignored and isolated, not appreciated and they feel a sense of distress. Per a survey by Northern National Life, 40% of workers say there job is extremely or very stressful. A quarter of employees view there job as there number one stress factor in there life. Per Princeton Survey Research Association, three quarters of employees believe there work has more on the job stress now, then there was generations ago.

They’re some early warning signs to watch for and recognize, becoming very irritable with family and co-workers. Work attendance starts falling; you no longer have a desire to be at work. You have no motivation or sense of achievements. You lose relationships with co-workers you disassociate yourself from work functions. You’re beginning to feel physically sick, experiencing symptoms I stated previously. If you begin to experience any of these symptoms it is time to make some changes in your life, and or your job.

Relieving stress and burnout can be a long ongoing process. Some traditional methods to easing stress and burn out are making sure you get plenty of sleep, being well rested. Exercise is good for the mind not just the body. Exercise is a way for the body to release tension and pent up frustration, a good cardiovascular workout is great for the mind not just the body. A nice calming walk is a great way of exercise as well as relaxing and can be a sense of meditation, a nice walk in nature is a great way to bring peaceful thoughts to your mind. Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi are also great mind and body stress reducing and relaxation exercises. Some companies have developed stress management programs for there employees. But is it working? A lot of employees are beginning to telecommute. It’s cost effective for the company, but for an employee who gains freedom from the office it can still be stressful, due to work load and time sensitive deadlines. Home based businesses are one of the fastest growing business sectors in America. With the right one it can be non-stressful, and a time freedom opportunity. This gives you back your life, family time, restoring happiness and your sense self worth. Substantial incomes can be generated with the newer home based business models. When a home based business option is chosen to provide the better quality of life one may dream of it is imperative to select a home business that will not become a home based stressful job.

Phenomenal Television

July 31, 2006

One of the suggestions that I often got from mentors and other people I did some masterminding with was committing to a media fast. At least for 30 days no television, hmm. I’m pretty sure I heard my subconscious mind say, “What No CNN”. I had to break myself of Constantly Negative News. After 30 days I had no desire to watch anymore because I filled this void with positive information that I could take action on, also I stayed in contact with people who were serious about their personal development as well.

I’ve gone 10 months on the media fast and I know that I have accomplished a great deal more in my successful home business and personal growth as a result of it. It was shocking discovering that I could accomplish so much more without television. What you think about is what you bring about (produce) and it is what you vibrate to others. So what does this have to do with phenomenal television?

Let me give you a TIP: The wise person understands that spending too much time watching phenomenal television isn’t productive either. I enjoy and benefit from it by letting it play in the background for my subconscious mind to feed off of while I am in productive action. Powerful.

Click on Phenomenal Television and see for yourself.
